Castle in the middle of the city, very well located and with excellent tourist attraction. It is built high, walled with stones, in a quiet and safe area. It is accessed by a large staircase that maintains its original structure and reaches the access door of the castle, surrounded by gardens and terraces.
Within the original structure of the castle, there is an access/reception hall that connects with the living room, dining room, kitchen, dining room, and bathroom. In addition, there is an underground cellar, and all the current decoration is medieval. On the second floor, a room distributes to the main bedroom (en suite), three bedrooms that share a bathroom, and two balconies. On the third floor, there is a good-sized open room currently used as a conference room, and it has a kitchenette, two bathrooms, and access to the tower.
The castle is being sold with all the furniture and decorations, including paintings, sculptures, and accessories that the owners have collected from travels around Europe and the world.
Currently, the castle works as a boutique hotel with specific construction. There are 16 rooms, each with its bathroom, a machine room, laundry, kitchen, and a staff room. There is a barbecue area and a swimming pool in the gardens between this construction and the original castle. Above the swimming pool is a removable structure that allows this space to be a large dining room for hotel passengers.
It is a unique property that can be maintained as a boutique hotel (awarded and is well ranked within the category) or used for another commercial purpose such as a restaurant, hostel, event center, or residence.
