Farm with abundant native forest where a part has been destined to extract native woods and the harvest of moss. The field is mostly of the adult native forest of Coigues, but it also has Mañíos, Tepas, Canelos, Tineos, and Ciprés de las Guaitecas.
It has a varied native fauna, where pumas, condors, pumas stand out, and it is common to see wild boars.
Within the field, 8 kilometers of stabilized roads have been developed.
Part of the field is high, with a splendid view of the caulle cordon and the Osorno and Puntiagudo volcanoes and the Rupanco and Puyehue lakes.
It has a gravel road access easement.
